- The Reges software runs on your own hardware. We do not receive your camera images, audio, files, conversations or the assistant’s memory.
- This website sets no cookies and loads no third-party scripts. It uses self-hosted, cookieless analytics on our own server, which collects no personal data.
- If you use our contact or early-access forms, we keep what you typed so we can reply or tell you about early access. Nothing else.
- We never sell your personal information.
02Who we are
Reges and regescore.pro are provided by Like a King Inc. (“RegesCore-Ai”, “we”, “us”), Corporation, registered at [Registered office address], company number [Company registration number].
We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy for the website, our forms, sales and support. You can reach us about privacy at info@likeakinginc.com or through the contact form (topic “Privacy request”).
03What this policy covers
This policy covers the website at regescore.pro, the contact and early-access forms, the purchase of Reges products, the Reges software (Reges Desktop and Reges for Business), and our installation and support services. The Cookie Policy and the Compliance page add detail on specific points.
04The website
Visiting the site
To deliver pages, your browser sends our server technical information such as your IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser’s user agent. Our application does not store your IP address. Our hosting infrastructure (Hetzner Online GmbH (server in Helsinki, Finland (EU))) may record it in short-lived technical logs used for security and troubleshooting, kept only as long as needed for those purposes.
To stop abuse of the forms, the server keeps a counter per IP address in memory for up to 10 minutes. It is never written to disk.
No cookies, no third-party tracking
We set no cookies, embed no third-party content and store nothing in your browser’s local storage. We use Umami, a self-hosted, cookieless analytics tool that runs on our own server (not a third party): it counts pages viewed but collects no personal data and sets no cookie or persistent identifier. Fonts are served from our own server. Details are in the Cookie Policy.
05Contact and early-access forms

Submissions are saved on our own server. If email notifications are switched on, a copy is also sent to our mailbox through our email provider (Hostinger (email hosting for likeakinginc.com and regescore.pro)). A hidden anti-spam field and a rate limit protect the forms; we do not use CAPTCHAs.
06The Reges software
Reges is designed to process your data on your own hardware. When you use it, the following stays on your device (or on your own server for Reges for Business), and we do not receive it:
- camera frames, face data and hand-tracking data;
- audio from your microphone and the transcripts made from it;
- your files, documents, emails and the search index built from them;
- conversations, the assistant’s memory, diary, tasks and notes;
- the credentials you enter for connectors.
Reges does not send us usage analytics, telemetry or your content.
Face data
If you enrol a face, Reges stores a numerical face template on your device so it can recognise its owner. This can be biometric data under laws such as the GDPR and some US state laws. It never leaves your device. If you enrol anyone other than yourself, you are responsible for having their consent. You can delete an enrolment at any time.
Services you choose to connect
When you enable a connector (for example GitHub, Meta or Discord), use web research, or point Reges at a cloud AI model, data goes directly from your device to that provider under its own terms and privacy policy. We are not a party to those transfers.
Downloads
When you download Reges, an update or an AI model, the server delivering the file sees your IP address, as with any download.
07Purchases and customers
When checkout opens, payments will be processed by Stripe. We receive your name, email, billing country, what you bought and your licence details, but never your full card number. We use this to deliver your licence, provide support, handle refunds and meet tax and accounting obligations (performance of a contract and legal obligation).
For Reges for Business we keep the contact details of the people we work with and the records of our installation and support work. When we access your systems during installation or support, we do so on your instructions and act as your processor; see Compliance for our data processing agreement.
We share personal data only with:
- our hosting provider (Hetzner Online GmbH (server in Helsinki, Finland (EU))), which runs the server for this website and its forms;
- our email provider (Hostinger (email hosting for likeakinginc.com and regescore.pro)), for email we send and receive;
- our payment provider (Stripe), once checkout opens;
- professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers, under confidentiality;
- authorities, where the law requires it.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Where a provider is outside your country, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
09How long we keep it

10Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you and get a copy;
- have it corrected or deleted;
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- receive it in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time (for example, leave the early-access list), without affecting earlier processing;
- complain to your data protection authority.
California residents also have the right to know, delete and correct their personal information, and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.
To use any of these rights, write to info@likeakinginc.com or use the contact form. We may ask you to confirm your identity, and we will answer within the time the law allows. For data inside the Reges software, you already hold it: delete it on your device.
11Children
Our website and products are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
12Security
We protect the data we hold with encryption in transit, strict access control on our server and minimal collection. Read how the product itself protects your data on the Security page.
13Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change and change the date at the top. For significant changes we will tell early-access members and customers by email.
